DESCRIPTION
Supervision and oversight of the Hospitality and Nutrition Services (HNS, aka Food Services) Department – cafeteria, patient services and catering – which includes budgetary responsibilities and oversight of approximately 30 people, a $2.1 MM budget and around 450 meal equivalents per day. Must be able to ensure that all services, policies and procedures are in compliance with all local, state, federal and Joint Commission regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:
- A Bachelors Degree, preferably with a Nutrition, Dietetics or Foods and Institutional Management major.
- At least 3 years of people management experience.
- Relevant experience that includes hospital cafeteria and patient service work as well as a working knowledge of all related local, state and federal guidelines.
- For profit and/or union experience is preferred.
